Description: Big Bang is simply amazing! Plants display a stunning array of lime green coloured stripes and splotches against a contrasting dark black background. Each plant is unique in the degree and pattern of the variegation and two plants are never the same!
Plant Care: Although beautiful, Big Bang can often revert back to either a pure green or pure black form. It is recommended that any non-variegated shoots be removed to promote growth into the variegated parts of the plant.
Origins: Believed to be originally imported from Asia and thought to be a variegated sport of Aeonium 'Zwartkop'. There is limited information to confirm this and as both the green and black coloured reversions don't fully resemble either a A. Zwartkop or A. arboreum the correct origins remains uncertain.
Comments: We aim to sell only the best selected variegates and will not sell plants without a good degree of variegation.
